Yes, we have real people answering the phone and they are able to adjust your delivery to fit any of your needs.

Unlike most water suppliers, we charge zero extra fees including a delivery surcharge.

Will I be charged if I cancel?

No, we never charge a customer to leave. If you would like to cancel, give us a call and we can help.

Can I change the amount of bottles delivered?

You can change your plan at any time. Just give us a call at (239) 425-6100 weekdays 8:00AM - 5:00PM.
